Terms of Service

Welcome to Prairie Progress Aerial ("PPA"). By using https://prarieprogressaerial.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services. Aerial imaging, mapping, thermography, and AI‑assisted reporting. Deliverables are informational and not a land survey, engineering opinion, or safety certification.
Scheduling & access. Client provides safe site access, point of contact, and permissions. Weather/airspace may require reschedule.
Compliance. Flights under 14 CFR Part 107 and applicable rules. We may subcontract to qualified Part 107 pilots.
Responsibilities. Client ensures flights are permitted and on‑site personnel are notified. Required approvals are client’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Fees & payment. As quoted (retainer or per‑project). Invoices Net 15; late amounts may incur 1.5%/mo (or legal max).
IP. Upon payment, PPA grants client a non‑exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use deliverables internally and with project stakeholders. PPA retains all other rights.
Confidentiality. Each party protects the other’s non‑public information.
Disclaimers. Services are provided “as is.” No warranties of accuracy or fitness.
Limitation of liability. PPA’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. No indirect/special/consequential damages.
Indemnity. Client will indemnify PPA for claims arising from client‑provided data, instructions, or unlawful use.
Governing law. Illinois, venue in Cook County or federal courts in IL.
Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date.
